Our Mission

E3 Volunteers exists to mobilize churches to partner internationally with other churches to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.

Our Strategy

E3 Volunteers Equips churches and believers to Engage in global Gospel activity in a way that Empowers other believers and churches to do the same.

Our Vision

E3 Volunteers wants to see increasing numbers of local churches and believers take increasingly challenging steps and actions to obey the Great Commission.

Our Values

We are unconditionally committed to the authority of the Bible, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit in the work of missions.

We believe in doing the Great Commission task of total discipleship among both unreached and under-reached people groups.

We consider the fulfillment of the Great Commission to be the task of the local church and the responsibility of every church member.

We recognize that volunteers can effectively fill strategic missionary gaps in the work of missions, especially among under-reached people groups.

E3 Volunteers will treat partnering churches with moral, ethical, and financial integrity.

Our Ministry Principles

E3 Volunteers will work primarily through Southern Baptist churches and like-minded national convention related Baptist churches in other nations.

E3 Volunteers will work in a collaborative manner with national convention leadership, seeking to strengthen the relationship of national partner churches with their convention.

E3 Volunteers will respect the primary responsibility of our host local churches for the ministry in their community and country.  We will be their encouragers and partners.

E3 Volunteers will promote mutual ministry and financial commitment between partnering churches in agreed upon partnerships and projects.

E3 Volunteers will help partnering churches and volunteers respond and work appropriately in light of the cultural, social, economic, and spiritual realities of our host churches.

E3 Volunteers will seek to make missions involvement financially and logistically feasible for churches and volunteers.
